In a nutshell, you can ask people to:
  • Like your page
  • Like the post
  • Leave a comment
But you cannot ask people to:
  • Share your page
  • Share the post
  • Tag their friends in the comments
 You also must add a disclaimer to your giveaway content that covers:
  • A complete release of Facebook by each entrant or participant; and
  • Acknowledgment that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
